The short version:Your messages and documents are never used to train AI models. Your data is private, stored securely, and yours to delete at any time. When you delete your timeline, we retain a minimal record of the deletion event (date and entry counts only — never the content). All remaining data is deleted 30 days after you cancel. We don't sell your data. Ever.
1. Who We Are
GreyRock (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the communication intelligence service available at mygreyrock.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information
Your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Messages and content you submit
Text messages you paste into the Service, screenshots you upload for analysis, court documents or parenting agreements you upload, and context you provide about your situation.
Usage data
How you interact with the Service — which features you use, how often, and basic session information. We use this to improve the product.
Payment information
Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We retain only subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

4. AI Processing
Messages and documents you submit are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate pattern analysis, response suggestions, and document summaries. This processing occurs in real time and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
Your data is never used to train AI models — by us or by Anthropic.
5. Children's Information
GreyRock does not knowingly collect personal information about minors. Our Service is designed to help adults manage co-parenting communication — any information processed relates to adult users' experiences, not to children themselves.

Active accounts.
Your account data and timeline are retained for as long as your account is active.
Deleting your timeline.
You can permanently delete your entire timeline at any time from your account page. The deleted analyses, drafts, and questions are removed from our application database and cannot be recovered by you, by us, or by anyone else. We retain a minimal internal record of the deletion event itself — your user identifier, the date and time of the deletion, and the number of entries deleted in each category — to support chargeback resolution, audit responses, fraud detection, and your own ability to demonstrate the fact and scope of the deletion if you ever need to. We do not retain the deleted content, pattern detections, court order references, or any other information derived from the deleted entries.
Canceling your account.
If you cancel, your account data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. Court documents, profile data, and subscription history follow the same 30-day window.
Operational logs.
Our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) may briefly retain records of deletion requests and other system events within their default retention windows, typically 30 to 90 days, consistent with standard practice for web applications.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, HTTPS for all data transmission, and secure authentication. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
