1. About GreyRock

GreyRock (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a communication intelligence tool designed to help individuals in high-conflict co-parenting situations analyze incoming messages, document patterns, and draft responses. The Service is accessible at mygreyrock.app.

2. Not Legal Advice

GreyRock is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Pattern analysis, suggested responses, document summaries, and any other output do not constitute legal advice.

Consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before making legal decisions or submitting any GreyRock-generated content as evidence.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GreyRock. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used for unlawful purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GreyRock to:

• —Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• —Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading content
• —Violate any applicable law or regulation
• —Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• —Use the Service to train competing AI models
• —Share your account credentials with others

6. Subscription and Billing

GreyRock offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free trials, where offered, do not require a credit card unless explicitly stated. We do not use dark patterns to obscure billing or make cancellation difficult.

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. Export your timeline as a PDF before cancelling.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of GreyRock is subject to our Privacy Policy. Messages and documents are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI and are never used to train AI models.

8. Children's Information

GreyRock does not knowingly collect personal information about minors. The Service helps adults document co-parenting communication. Do not submit personal information about a child unless directly relevant to documenting a specific communication.

9. Intellectual Property

The GreyRock name, logo, and product design are proprietary. You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GreyRock is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreyRock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court.

Class action waiver: You agree that any proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and GreyRock individually.

Arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California, or via videoconference.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Claims not subject to arbitration shall be brought in San Francisco County courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
